Fire Door Survey – Starting 30th June Jun 30, 2025 08:00 - Jul 3, 2025 08:00 BST
Dear Members,
As part of our annual safety checks, we’ll be conducting a full Fire Door Survey across The Engine House to ensure continued compliance with Q-Mark fire safety certification.
Key Details:
Dates: Starting Sunday 30th June, lasting 3 days
Time: 08:00 – 17:00 daily
Area Affected: All areas of the building
Why This is Happening:
This is a required annual inspection to ensure all fire doors meet safety standards and legal compliance.
What You Need to Do:
Please allow engineers access to your office door(s) so surveys can be completed efficiently.
There will be no disruption to services, but we appreciate your cooperation in supporting this vital safety check.

Roof Latchway System Upgrade – 3rd & 4th July 2025 Jul 3, 2025 08:00 - Jul 5, 2025 08:00 BST
Dear Members,
We’ll be carrying out essential maintenance on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th July to upgrade the roof Latchway safety system.
Key Details:
Duration: 2 days
Location: Roof Space
Impact:
Some noise on the 2nd floor and in the Atrium
Limited access to rear doors
A few rear car park bays may be closed
Why This is Happening:
To improve safety by replacing and upgrading the roof Latchway system.
What You Need to Do:
No action needed, but please be mindful of potential noise and temporary access limitations.
Thanks for your patience and support during this important upgrade.
