Monitoring - A temporary fix been created while we await a replacement part, current the lift works as normal however you'll unable to call the lift from floor 1.

We regret to inform you that Lift 2 is currently out of service. Our maintenance team is working diligently to resolve the issue and ensure the lift is operational as soon as possible.

Scheduled - Dear Members,

Please be advised of a planned power outage taking place on Saturday 6 June 2026 between 8:00am and 1:00pm, following notification from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN).

All areas of the building will be affected during this time.

What to expect:

No power, lighting, Wi-Fi, or communal facilities available
Electrical equipment and sockets will not be operational
Partial access restrictions may be in place

Should access be required, members are advised to:

Fully charge devices in advance
Save and shut down equipment before the outage
Carry personal lighting if moving around the building

Our EH team will be on site throughout the outage to support access and ensure safety.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation while these essential works are completed. Please speak with the front desk team if you have any questions.

What’s happening:
Routine 6-monthly servicing of the building air conditioning systems will be taking place across the Engine House.

Expected impact:

Air conditioning and ventilation within offices may be intermittently affected while servicing is carried out
Engineers will require access to individual offices and communal areas throughout the maintenance period
There may be temporary interruptions to heating/ventilation functions while units are being serviced

Member access:
There are no access restrictions, and members may continue to use the building as normal during the works.

Please note:
Please be mindful of engineers working in and around offices and communal spaces during this period.
