We wanted to inform you about upcoming essential maintenance that may impact your phone services. Please see the details below:

Maintenance Details:

Area/Equipment Being Serviced: Removal of legacy VLANs from phone switches.

Date of Maintenance: Wednesday, 9th October 2024.

Maintenance Window: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Expected Impact: Possible disruption to studio phones, with a phone switch reboot potentially required.

Reason for Maintenance:

This maintenance is part of our ongoing upgrades to remove outdated systems and improve network performance for everyone.

During the Maintenance:

We are not anticipating any significant issues. However, you may need to reboot your phone system after the work is completed.

Alternative Arrangements:

If your phone service is interrupted during this time, please use the soft phone application as an alternative.
