Please be advised that routine maintenance will be carried out on the building’s air conditioning units from Tuesday 28th to Thursday 30th October 2025.
Details of the Maintenance: • Dates: Tuesday 28th – Thursday 30th October 2025 • Time: All day • Area Affected: All offices
What to Expect: • Engineers will require access to individual offices for a short period to service the air conditioning units. • Disruption will be minimal, and we will aim to complete each office visit as quickly as possible.
Reason for the Maintenance: This is part of our scheduled servicing and maintenance programme to ensure the air conditioning system operates efficiently and reliably.
During the Maintenance: • Please ensure access is available to your office for the engineers during the servicing period.
Alternative Arrangements: Not applicable.
Safety Note: Please be aware of engineers working in and around your offices during this time.
