Details of the Maintenance: • Dates: 6th – 7th August 2025 • Time: All day • Area Affected: Roof space, rear of the centre, and 2nd floor offices
What to Expect: • Some noise disruption may be heard, particularly in external-facing 2nd floor offices and the Atrium. • There may be temporary disruption around the rear entrance during the works. • You may notice occasional footsteps and minor activity on the roof during working hours.
Why This is Happening: This maintenance is required to safely remove old solar thermal services from the roof as part of ongoing building improvements.
Alternative Arrangements: If noise impacts any calls or meetings, please speak to a member of the team – we may be able to offer alternative spaces where available.
Safety Note: While there are no specific safety restrictions, please be aware of ongoing work overhead and exercise caution around the rear entrance.
