We would like to inform you of a planned compliance inspection taking place across the building.
What’s happening: From Monday 19 January 2026 at 3:00pm until Friday 23 January 2026 at 11:00pm, specialist contractors will be carrying out compliance inspections to all fire dampers throughout the building.
Areas affected: The inspections will take place across all areas and office spaces, as access to ceiling voids is required to reach fire damper locations.
What to expect: The inspection team will require access to ceiling voids and, in some cases, internal rooms within office spaces. Depending on damper locations, some furniture may need to be temporarily moved and reinstated following inspection. Our EH team will be on site throughout the works to facilitate access.
The majority of work will be carried out from 3:00pm onwards, although there may be occasions where access is required earlier. There may be a small amount of noise, with any noisier works scheduled after 5:00pm where possible.
Access during the works: This will involve partial access restrictions, and members may be required to provide access to their space as and when required during the inspection period.
Why this work is important: These inspections are a statutory compliance requirement and are essential to maintaining building safety standards.
