📍 Area: Entire Engine House building
What’s happening:
As part of our annual compliance requirements, a full Fire Risk Assessment will be carried out across the building. Our assessor, accompanied by a member of The Engine House team, will need access to all offices and communal areas throughout the day.
What you need to do:
✅ Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in your office space
✅ Follow safe electrical practices as outlined in the Engine House Emergency Action Plan (see QR codes on the back of every office door)
✅ Be prepared to allow access when the assessor and team arrive at your space
Impact:
Access will be required to all private and communal areas
No alternative arrangements or safety precautions are needed beyond the above
