Scheduled - Dear Members,

Please be advised that essential maintenance will be carried out on the building’s roof.

Details of the Maintenance:
• Dates: Monday 14th – Friday 18th July 2025
• Time: All day
• Area Affected: Roof space, rear of the centre, and 2nd floor offices

What to Expect:
• Some noise disruption may be heard, particularly in external-facing 2nd floor offices and the Atrium.
• A number of car park bays to the rear of the centre may be closed off.
• Access around the rear doors and loading bays may be restricted at times.

Why This is Happening:
These works are necessary to carry out essential repairs to the roof.

Alternative Arrangements:
If noise impacts any calls or meetings, please speak to a member of the team – we may be able to offer alternative spaces where available.

Safety Note:
Please be aware of contractors working in and around the building, especially near the rear entrance. The area will be safely sectioned off during the works.

Please be advised that essential maintenance will be carried out on the fire alarm panel and detectors in the building.

Details of the Maintenance:
• Date: Monday 28th July
• Time: All day
• Area Affected: Fire alarm panel and detectors throughout the building.

What to Expect:
• Engineers may require short-term access to your office space to service the detectors.
• Please ensure access is available on the day of maintenance.

Why This is Happening:
This work is part of our regular maintenance schedule to ensure the fire alarm system remains fully operational and compliant with safety regulations.

Please be aware of engineers working in and around office areas during this time.

Please be advised that essential works will be carried out on the building’s roof for the installation of new Solar PV equipment.

Details of the Maintenance:
• Dates: Monday 11th – Friday 22nd August 2025
• Time: All day
• Area Affected: Roof space, rear of the centre, and 2nd floor offices

What to Expect:
• Ongoing disruption at the rear of the building for the duration of the 2-week installation period.
• Some car park bays at the rear will be closed off to allow for contractor access and equipment storage.
• There may be restricted access around the rear entrance and refuge area.
• Noise from overhead works may be heard in external-facing 2nd floor offices as installation progresses.

Why This is Happening:
This work is part of a planned sustainability upgrade—installing new Solar PV panels on the roof to reduce the building’s carbon footprint.

Alternative Arrangements:
If noise impacts any calls or meetings, please speak to a member of the team – we may be able to offer alternative spaces where available. Contact reception for assistance.

Safety Note:
Certain external areas will be sectioned off to maintain safe pedestrian access. Please follow all on-site signage and instructions from staff or contractors.

Scheduled - Dear Members,

We will be carrying out essential maintenance to connect our new Solar PV system to the building’s incoming mains power.

Details:

Area/Equipment Affected: Entire building

Date: Wednesday 20th August 2025

Time: 18:00 – 21:00

Expected Impact: Full power outage across the building for up to 3 hours


During the Maintenance:

There will be no electricity throughout the building, including offices, communal areas, and meeting rooms.

IT equipment and servers will not be able to remain powered during this time.

If you have essential items that must remain powered, please let us know in advance so that arrangements can be made where possible.


Safety Precautions:

Emergency lighting will be available, but limited.

For your safety, we recommend avoiding entry to the building during the maintenance window unless absolutely necessary.


We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation as we complete this important upgrade to support our sustainability efforts.

What to Expect:
• Some noise disruption may be heard, particularly in external-facing 2nd floor offices and the Atrium.
• There may be temporary disruption around the rear entrance during the works.
• You may notice occasional footsteps and minor activity on the roof during working hours.

Why This is Happening:
This maintenance is required to safely remove old solar thermal services from the roof as part of ongoing building improvements.
